What does a shoot with J King Images look like?

Working with J King Images is a relaxed, guided experience from start to finish. Whether it's your first headshot or your tenth, you'll feel comfortable and prepared at every step. We handle the details so you can focus on showing up as your best self.

Scheduling

Booking is simple. Choose a date online and complete a short questionnaire about your shoot. You'll receive a confirmation with everything you need to prepare for a smooth, stress-free session. Book a session here.

Shoot day

Sessions typically run 60 to 90 minutes, located at our studio. Jerry guides you through every pose and expression, so no camera experience is needed. Wardrobe changes give you plenty of variety.

What to wear

Stick to solid, muted tones and choose well-fitted pieces over baggy ones. Keep jewelry minimal, avoid bold prints, and dress to the professional standard of your industry. For the full guide, check out our blog post here.

Final delivery

Within 5 to 7 business days you'll receive a private online gallery to select your favorites for retouching. Final high-resolution files are delivered digitally, ready for LinkedIn, your website, or press materials.
